9. Returns & Cancellations

Consumers

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods.

Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods

Trade Customers

Returns are accepted only at our discretion unless goods are faulty.

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty or damaged:

Notify us within a reasonable time
Consumers are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Trade customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

11. Safety & Product Use

Our products are intended for professional or competent use.

You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended application
All safety instructions and PPE guidance must be followed
We are not responsible for misuse or incorrect product selection

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
